Dr. Montoya is a licensed podiatrist and a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry. He is also fluent in Spanish.
After graduating with his medical degree, he completed three years of surgical residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Staten Island University Hospital. His residency focused on medicine and surgery of the foot and ankle, with emphasis on diabetic limb salvage techniques.
Dr. Montoya specializes in Wound Care, Diabetic Foot Care, Heel pain, Ingrown toe nails, Foot Trauma, Neuroma discomfort and many other lower extremety disorders in both adults and children. He is known for his uncompromising excellence in podiatry and believes in working with patients to provide the best medical attention focusing on each patient's needs as an individual.
Dr. James A. Modugno
Dr. Modugno is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at St. Michael's Medical Center in Newark, N.J.
He is board certified by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry. Dr. Modugno also possesses a Master of Arts degree in social work from New York University.
Dr. Modugno's treats children and adults with specific podiatric interests in the diabetic patient, sports medicine and geriatric care. Diverse in his background, he believes strongly in the doctor-patient relationship and fostering communication with his patients to attain good foot health and overall wellness of each patient.
